Dana Nessel Attempts to Perpetrate FRAUD on Citizens of Michigan
“Dana Nessel is attempting to perpetrate a fraud on the citizens of Michigan – and on the COURT – by advancing the preposterous argument that these 16 Republican citizens are “forger” and “conspirators to commit forgery” and other crimes. Her case requires that these individuals seriously believed that the National Archives and then Vice President Mike Pence would accept their documents, somehow overlook the Democrat’s similar documents, and be fooled into thinking that Michigan was in fact called for Donald Trump, despite common knowledge that it was not and despite the fact that the election had been CERTIFIED for Joe Biden. This fraud will not stand. Citizens must stand up and make their voices heard in unison that we, the people, will NOT ALLOW DICTATORS TO ABUSE OUR LAWS, OR THE POWER GRANTED TO THEM, FOR POLITICAL GAIN. Nessel needs to be investigated for felony misconduct in office under MCL 750.505.”
